Private Therapist London

Who is Dr. Vjosa Hyseni?

I’m Dr Vjosa Hyseni, a Chartered Counselling Psychologist and private therapist in London. I provide mental and emotional care to adults, children, and families, supporting them through their challenges.

My role as a counselling psychologist means I have completed doctoral training in psychology, equipping me to work with both the emotional and clinical aspects of mental health.

Alongside providing therapy, I am trained to assess and diagnose psychological difficulties, and have extensive experience in ADHD and autism assessments. I have worked in multiple settings, including counselling within the NHS, teaching in academia, providing clinical supervision, and writing assessment reports.

In practice, this allows me to take a more in-depth view of what you may be experiencing. This, in turn, will help us build a clearer picture of what you’re experiencing and identify the best way forward.

As an integrative therapist in London, I blend different therapeutic approaches into a cohesive treatment plan to support you, based on your experiences and goals. Trust is an essential part of the therapeutic process, which is why building a trusting relationship is at the heart of my practice.

I also offer therapy in both English and Albanian, allowing you to express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you.
